Our fresh pastas are extruded through only solid brass dies so they have that perfect sauce holding texture. We only use high quality semolina to ensure that they have that al dente texture. We sell our pastas in one pound containers and they last around 5 days in the refrigerator and they freeze excellently. Our selection does change from time to time so stop by and see what we have!
